Pause a moment.

Breathe in.

Pay attention to the sensation of air filling your lungs. The way your stomach shifts as your diaphragm stretches to it’s limit. Feel your body start to ache struggling to pull in more air.

Then let go. Note your shoulders drop. Listen to the sound of your breath, the sense of your own heartbeat.

Notice time begin to slow.

Repeat until there is nothing but this moment, this breath.

Notice your strength regrouping within you. Your mind growing clear. Your power, your capacity for doing, growing once more.

Now.
